Course Description:
The course emphasizes hands-on projects and encourages students to express their personal style, arrangement, and decoration, developing their creative skills and learning how to design functional color theory, and design elements. Students will explore the basics of room layout, furniture. This beginner-level interior design course introduces teens to the principles of space planning and design.
Course Objectives:
By the end of the program, students will be able to:
1. Understand the principles of interior design.
2. Create room layouts and floor plans.
3. Apply color theory and choose appropriate materials for different spaces.
4. Learn how to select and arrange furniture and decor.
5. Present a room design project and explain their creative process.
