Course Outline:
Part 1: Dream House
- Sketch your dream house
- Learn about shapes and spaces
- Build the house model using cardboard and foam
- Add walls, roof, and simple windows
Part 2: Landscape & Setting
- Imagine the area around your house: trees, roads, hills
- Build a base for your model using foam board
- Add landscape features with cork, felt, and tiny trees
Part 3: Decorate with Details
- Add small features like doors, steps, garden, or furniture
- Use wood sticks, fabric, and colored paper
- Learn how small details make a big difference
Part 4: Final Touches and Decoration
- Include extra features such as windows, doors, pathways, garden areas, or small furniture pieces.
- Students understand how careful finishing touches improve the overall look and make the project more creative and complete.
Part 5: Photo & Story Time
- Photograph your model from all sides
- Create a simple story or caption for each photo
- Arrange the photos like a designer’s journal or blog
